Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Consulting

My holistic wellness, clinical consulting, and community care practice draws on the intersection of my lived experience as a Black Queer Woman and my 20+ years of experience in the fields of mental health, academia, and DEI in the non-profit and public works sector of the workplace: 

From the contemporary relational psychodynamic framework, I focus on BIPOC and QTPOC communities in my practice. I support individuals, couples, families, and communities using an attachment theory lens, along with a person-centered, strengths-based approach that is intersectional and rooted in social justice.

Historically, I have collaborated with several organizations to promote an inclusive, emotionally healthy workplace culture. 

Through mindfulness, brand storytelling, and psycho-emotional concepts, I facilitate conversations that foster deep, meaningful, and heartfelt connections. This approach encourages authentic narratives centered on shared values, purpose, and inner growth, leading to organizational transformation that builds trust and promotes well-being; shifting from transactional productivity to collective liberation.
